Chinenye Gina Uche’s journey at Beyond Clothing is rooted in experience, growth, and deep commitment to excellence. A graduate of Political Science from the University of Jos, she joined Beyond Clothing in 2007 and has since worked across every department of the factory, gaining firsthand understanding of how a garment factory truly functions.

Her exposure to multiple factory trainings in China has further strengthened her understanding of world-class manufacturing systems and operational discipline. Known for her strength in people management and project execution, she plays a vital role in building structure, efficiency, and consistency across Beyond Clothing’s operations.
