With over 15 years of experience in inventory and store management, he brings a data-driven, process-oriented approach to stock control, warehouse optimisation, and timely product delivery across production operations.

Prior to joining Beyond Clothing, Nwachukwu served as Branch Manager at Fresh Mart Supermarket, Agbor, Delta State (October 2024 – December 2025), where he demonstrated strong leadership, discipline, and operational control. Under his guidance, the branch consistently achieved its monthly performance targets.
