Enwereji Chibudo leads the Engineering and Maintenance Department at Beyond Clothing, ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of industrial machinery and plant infrastructure across all production floors.
He oversees preventive maintenance systems, equipment diagnostics, technical troubleshooting, and repair coordination — minimizing downtime and sustaining production efficiency. His role combines hands-on engineering intervention with structured maintenance planning to protect operational continuity.
The Journey
Chibudo brings over a decade of industrial engineering and production experience.
He worked with Star Paper Mill Ltd, Aba, for 12 years, serving as Production Supervisor from 2004 to 2010, where he managed plant operations and equipment performance.
He later joined Crown Integrated Paper Converters Ltd, Lagos, serving as Head of Operations / Maintenance Assistant from 2014 to 2017, strengthening his expertise in industrial maintenance systems, operational control, and plant reliability.
His experience spans troubleshooting, equipment performance monitoring, structured maintenance scheduling, and rapid fault resolution — ensuring safety compliance and mechanical efficiency in high-volume production environments.
