He supervises workflow planning, stock control, cost regulation, and performance monitoring — ensuring that operations run smoothly while minimizing waste, downtime, and process disruptions. Micheal brings over a decade of progressive management experience across telecommunications, retail operations, and hospitality environments.

He previously served with MultiChoice Nigeria, where he advanced from Supervisor to Branch Manager, leading team development, sales coordination, performance tracking, and operational planning. During his tenure, he managed staff training, customer relationship management, stock control, and strategic decision-making to drive branch performance.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Etisalat Nigeria as Store Manager, overseeing inventory management, distribution control, asset tracking, and loss prevention systems. He also served in customer service and teaching roles, building strong foundations in communication, team leadership, and structured supervision.

Across these roles, Micheal developed strengths in operational discipline, stock management, workforce coordination, performance monitoring, and preventive control systems — competencies he now applies within a large-scale garment manufacturing environment.
